Coffee worthslowing down for.

We roast single-origin beans in micro batches the morning they ship, so what lands at your door still carries the heat of the roaster. No rush, no shortcuts.

Why we roast small

Fresh is a window, not a label.

Coffee starts losing the notes you paid for within days of the roast. So we built the whole operation backwards, from your cup to the farm, to keep that window open as long as we can.

01 / Roasted to order

The morning it ships

Nothing sits on a shelf. Your beans hit the roaster the same day they leave us, profiled by ear and nose, never on a timer alone.

02 / Ships within 24h

Out the door, still warm

Bagged, sealed, and on a carbon-neutral truck within a day. By the time it reaches you the crema still remembers the heat.

03 / Skip or pause anytime

Your rhythm, not ours

Change your beans, grind, or cadence whenever the mood shifts. Pause for a trip, skip a week, double up before guests. No phone calls.

Sourcing

We buy the harvest, not the headline.

We travel to the farms we roast, taste at altitude, and pay above Fair Trade so growers can keep replanting. Most of our coffee comes from producers we've worked with for years, by name.
